Strategic public infrastructures
Certain spaces, due to their characteristics or special association with an institution of company, have specific regulations for use when filming.
Military facilities
Military buildings and facilities are managed by the Spanish Government’s Ministry of Defence. De acuerdo con su ubicación y funcionalidades, los espacios o medios de carácter militar disponibles para la realización de rodajes suelen estar restringidos . Due to their location and functions, military spaces or elements that can be used for shootings tend to be restricted. However, in recent years, films and television series have been shot in military facilities, including the use of vehicles and materials, thanks to the collaboration of Spain’s Ministry of Defence.
If you wish to use locations of this type, you are advised to contact directly the Ministry of Defence delegation in the autonomous community in which filming is to take place, requesting details of the procedures necessary to apply for permits or collaboration.

At present, there are exclusive or unique locations scattered throughout our country, including modern, historic, classic, small, small stations, railway stations, logistics centers and industrial spaces, other railway infrastructures or unique spaces.
If the scenes are to be shot inside a train, permission must be requested from Renfe. and check that the type of train is on your network.
