Pursuant to data protection regulations, the Asociación Española de Comisionados de Filmaciones, Cine y Televisión (hereinafter Spain Film Commission) determines that in order to contact or register on our system, you must be over thirteen years of age or, failing that, have the corresponding authorisation from your parents and/or legal guardians. If you are under thirteen years of age and have accessed this website without informing your parents, you should not send this form.

You are responsible for the veracity of this information. Should Spain Film Commission find that the aforementioned requirement has not been met, it has the power to disregard the request submitted. Under no circumstances shall data concerning the professional or financial situation or the privacy of other family members be collected from minors without their consent.

3. Why do we process your personal data?

On our website there are various data collection forms, each with a different purpose:

• Contact form: its purpose is to respond to the request for information made by the interested party.
• Newsletter subscription form: the purpose of this form is to request the data necessary for users to receive weekly updates regarding Spain Film Commission activities and events.

Any modifications to personal data must be notified by the owner thereof, who is in all cases responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided at all times.

4. How long will we keep your data?

Your data will be kept for as long as you do not revoke your consent for us to process them; in which case your data will be kept only for the period required by the applicable legal regulations.

We process your data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. We therefore undertake to take all reasonable steps to ensure that they are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

In the event that third party data are provided, users declare that they have the consent of the owners thereof to communicate the data, or that they are their legal representatives, exempting the Spain Film Commission from all responsibility.

The data will not be transferred to third parties except in those cases where there is a legal obligation or where it is necessary for processing purposes.

In this latter sense, and in order to provide services strictly necessary for the development of our activity, Spain Film Commission shares data with service providers such as the hosting service or the web platform, providers with whom I have signed the corresponding data processor contracts in accordance with current data protection regulations.

All uses offered by third parties are essential for the development of our services and have been selected in compliance with the rights that we preserve on this website.

7. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

All persons are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Spain Film Commission is processing their personal data.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, and also request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer required for the purposes they were collected for. We process the following categories of data:

• Postal or e-mail addresses
• Commercial information
• Financial data

No specially protected data are processed.

9. Commercial communications by electronic means

Spain Film Commission hereby informs you that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11th July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and does not engage in SPAM practices and will therefore always request your consent to process your e-mail address or mobile phone number for commercial purposes.

10. Privacy policy updates

Spain Film Commission reserves the right to modify its privacy policy or terms and conditions of use of its services in order to adapt to the legislation in force, or for other reasons. Website users are therefore advised to review this page at regular intervals, as their use thereof will be understood as acceptance of the privacy policy or terms and conditions of use in force at that time.

The total confidentiality and privacy of the personal data collected are assured and therefore security measures have been adopted in order to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, thereby guaranteeing their integrity, availability and security.

However, Spain Film Commission accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any incidents that may arise in relation to personal data: either from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems that are impossible to detect or prevent, even if measures are taken in accordance with the state-of-the-art of technology.
