Pursuant to data protection regulations, the Asociación Española de Comisionados de Filmaciones, Cine y Televisión (hereinafter Spain Film Commission) determines that in order to contact or register on our system, you must be over thirteen years of age or, failing that, have the corresponding authorisation from your parents and/or legal guardians. If you are under thirteen years of age and have accessed this website without informing your parents, you should not send this form.

You are responsible for the veracity of this information. Should Spain Film Commission find that the aforementioned requirement has not been met, it has the power to disregard the request submitted. Under no circumstances shall data concerning the professional or financial situation or the privacy of other family members be collected from minors without their consent.

On our website there are various data collection forms, each with a different purpose:

  • Newsletter subscription form: the purpose of this form is to request the data necessary for users to receive weekly updates regarding Spain Film Commission activities and events.

Spain Film Commission reserves the right to modify its privacy policy or terms and conditions of use of its services in order to adapt to the legislation in force, or for other reasons. However, Spain Film Commission accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any incidents that may arise in relation to personal data: either from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems that are impossible to detect or prevent, even if measures are taken in accordance with the state-of-the-art of technology.
