Deposit of 50% of the value if the materials come from the following: Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Gibraltar, Guadalupe, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ivory Coast, Japan, Malaysia, Martinique, Mauritius, Norway, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Romania, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Senegal, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tahiti and the USA.
