Program of activities

Spain Film Commission continues working to make from Cine-Screen Tourism a big success.

This new space created within the framework of FITUR 2019 aims to be the meeting point between two strategic industries in this country: tourism and audiovisual, to promote the destinations, boost the visits in these places, diversify the touristic offer increasing its quality and fight seasonality.

This program concretizes an intense activity orientated to discover the potential of cinema tourism. A triple axis has been structured:

  • Cinema tourism. Better national and international practices: India, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Croatia, Czech Republic and Andalusia.
  • Products and touristic routes. The opportunities that Cinema Tourism offers to develop new touristic products and the development of new touristic routes in these territories.
  •  Spain Film Tourism Awards: productions that help in the touristic development of Spain will be distinguished and international ambassadors for Spain Film Commission will be announced.
