FITUR SCREEN, the space co-organized by the Spain Film Commission and IFEMA MADRID with the collaboration of Netflix for screen tourism, celebrates its fifth edition from January 18 to 22 as part of the International Tourism Fair with the aim of promoting its initiative Spain Screen Grand Tour, which highlights the increasingly close link between audiovisuals and tourism, and shows the new leisure proposals that have emerged around filming in Spain.
FITUR SCREEN, which this edition will have thirteen of the 39 members of the Spain Film Commission as exhibitors, will offer a program of activities over five days that will include presentations from different film offices and film commissions, the traditional award ceremony for “Ambassadors of Spain Film Commission 2023" and "Best Production Spain Film Commission 2022", as well as two round tables that will focus on two trends that strengthen the link between audiovisuals and tourism.
This edition will have a wide presence of members of the territorial network of Spain Film Commission, which is in full expansion with more than 39 members from all the Autonomous Communities: Andalucía Film Commission, Cantabria Film Commission, Castilla la Mancha Film Commission, Film Madrid, Extremadura Film Commission, Madrid Film Office, La Rioja Film Commission, Mallorca Film Commission, Menorca Film Commission, Pontevedra Province Film Commission, Region of Murcia Film Commission, Valladolid Film Commission, Zaragoza Film Office.
